离化团簇束法制备c轴取向的ZnO薄膜

为了探索低温可调控ZnO薄膜沉积技术,提出了一种新的ZnO薄膜制备方法,即离化团簇束（ICB）法,并自行设计研制了应用该方法制备ZnO薄膜的专门装置.采用超音速喷嘴获得高速锌原子团簇束,用Hall等离子体源产生氧离子束离化锌原子团簇,获得了较高的离化率.在沉积过程中,可以通过调节衬底偏压、氩氧比、衬底加热温度等参数,来控制成膜的质量;应用这个装置成功地在硅衬底上制备的ZnO薄膜,经XRD和EDS检测,薄膜的c轴取向一致,Zn、O原子百分比接近于1：1,成膜质量好.     

Mössbauer studies of the re-entrant spin-glass behaviour of Fe–Al alloys

Fe–Al alloys around the concentration of 30 at. % Al present re-entrant spin-glass behaviour at low temperatures. This behaviour is not completely understood and Mössbauer spectroscopy, combined with other experimental techniques, is useful to describe and explain this behaviour. Results show that the Mössbauer spectra coincide with the magnetic behaviour showed in literature and they can be explained as a magnetic cluster system whose magnetic clusters are getting smaller when the temperature is decreasing. When the temperature is reaching to the spin-glass transition at 92 K the spins in the paramagnetic matrix are moving slower and below this transition the spins are completely frozen.     

基于电子商务的集群式供应链跨链库存控制

以电子商务环境下集群式供应链库存控制为对象,建立了时变需求下跨链合作的交叉库存模型,并用H∞控制中抑制外部干扰的对策理论来寻求最优订货策略,以减小库存、订货波动和提高供需网快速响应市场的能力.文中采用对比分析方法分别针对供应链间有合作与无合作情形对模型做了仿真实验,仿真表明,实施H∞控制和交叉紧急库存补充策略可以有效避免货物积压或缺货现象,提高供应链及集群的竞争力.     

Polarizability effect in metallic clusters

Langevin approach implemented in the inelastic cross-sections measured for the low-energy electrons colliding with metallic clusters points out that statical form of the polarizability dominate at energies less than 1.25 eV. The dynamical form comes into play at energies around 1.3 eV. The form of the polarizabilities indicates that polarizability of the metallic clusters is energy-dependent.     

Irn(n=2-25)团簇基态结构的遗传算法研究

用遗传算法结合Gupta紧束缚模型势研究了Irn(n=2-25)团簇的基态结构.分析了Irn(n=2-25)团簇的基态结构随团簇尺寸的变化规律.计算结果表明,Irn(n=2-25)团簇的每个原子的平均束缚能和平均第一近邻随团簇尺寸的增加而增大,以总束缚能的二阶差分为判据,Irn(n=2-25)团簇的幻数是4、7、9、13、15、19、23.     

信息化对区域经济影响的数理分析

本文以信息化与经济指标资料为基础,运用加权回归、因子分析和聚类分析等方法,讨论了全国31个省(市、区)信息化水平及其与经济发展关系,给出地区综合发展水平的排行榜。并提出若干促进信息化建设的建议。     

Anomalous behavior of conductivity of the confined Q1D electron system over liquid helium

Conductivity of electrons in a quasi-one-dimensional (Q1D) system over liquid helium in narrow channels with the parabolic profile of the potential well has been investigated at temperature T, from 0.4 to 1.8 K, for different driving electric fields and radius of channel curvature. The interval of linear electron densities varied from 2.18×10³ up to 1.7×10⁶ cm⁻¹.

The inverse mobility (1/μ_eff) in the electron-ripplon scattering region at the high linear densities of charges in the channel increases with temperature decreasing. This anomalous behavior of the electron transport in the low-temperature region has been explained by either the electron ordering or the polaronic effects in confined conducting channels. The nonlinear behavior of the electron velocity as a function of a driving electric field is supposed to be due to Breg–Cherenkov radiation of the ripplons. The radiation occurred if the velocity of electrons in the channel approaches to the critical value.     

基于cDNA宏阵列的系统聚类分析猪发育阶段的基因表达谱

取杜洛克猪胚胎第33,45,55，65．75天的背最长肌样本．用cDNA Macroarray分析方法和聚类分析技术分析了327个EST在骨骼肌内不同发育阶段的基因表达谱．结果表明有98条EST在不同发育时期显著差异表达．第33天和第45天两阶段基因表达状态相似．第55天和第65天基因表达状态相似．而第75天的基因表达与第55天和第65天两个阶段的基因表达具有相近的聚类关系．表达状态相近，基因功能相似的基因大都被聚类在一起．
